Name: Asatsuyu (Morning Dew)
Element: Suiton
Type: Ninjutsu - Defensive - Offensive
Rank: C
Jutsu Prerequisites: ---
Range: Mid
Description: A thin layer of water covers the user's arms, extending up to four meters from the tips of the fingers. The user can manipulate the water and use it to strike down incoming objects such as kunai, shuriken, and senbon. The density of the water can be increased and used in a whip-like form. The density of the water can be easily broken with enough strength by the target. For this reason it is not used to constrict the target.
Name: Daujingu (Dowsing)
Element: Suiton
Type: Ninjutsu - Supplementary
Rank: C
Jutsu Prerequisites: ---
Range: Long
Description: Utilizing the Suiton element, the user builds up chakra in their feet. Vibrations in the water from up to fifty meters away can be felt in the soles of the feet. This technique is especially handy when it comes to tracking other ninja. The user can also build up the chakra in the palms of their hands which can then be placed on the ground to give the same effect. Vibrations can only be felt from virtually any surface, making it more useful than the Doton form, Earthly Vibrations. However, the longer the distance between the user and the target, the more muffled the vibrations will become. In addition the user must wait several seconds before he or she can recognize where the target is making it difficult to use in combat.
Name: Mizu chēn (Water Chains)
Element: Suiton
Type: Ninjutsu - Offensive
Rank: C
Jutsu Prerequisites: A decent amount of water in the earth surrounding the target.
Range: Long
Description: Utilizing the Suiton element, the user draws water from the earth, building their chakra around the water to make it much more dense. The water is then controlled to wrap itself around a target in a chain-like form, then retracting back into the earth to hold them down. A problem arises with this jutsu if the earth is dry form lack of rain water. The farther away the opponent, the weaker the jutsu.
