Description of Mission:
A group of rebel Leaf shinobi who worship their long lost leader have escaped off to the northern parts of the nation. While they are perceived to be dangerous, they have done nothing beyond simple crimes such as graffiti, minor theft and minor destruction of public property (such as breaking benches and other pubic property). Your job is not a combative one, but one of Intel gathering. Travel to the northern part of the Land of Fire and record their activities, key members of their small organization and the exact location of their base of operations. It is rumored that they have hired mercenary shinobi for protection. This should not be an issue if you remain undetected. However, if you are spotted, you are to retreat and return with the Intel you have acquired. Lethal force is permitted if the situation requires it.
