Name: Hikin Fuinjutsu [Generic Sealing Technique]
Element: n/a.
Type: Fuinjutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
The most basic of sealing techniques, in which the user creates a simple seal upon a medium (such as a scroll) for which a multitude of objects can be stored. The sheer number and scale of items that can be sealed depends on the size of the seal itself, as basic shuriken and kunai can be placed within small scrolls, but giant shuriken or massive swords require thick torso-sized scrolls. This technique is what one requires if they wish to tap into such basic seals, though there are always other ways to unseal objects.
Name: Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Dragon Fire Technique]
Element: Katon.
Type: Ninjutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
With a hand seal, the user is capable of igniting whatever medium may be in their mouth. This is often used to send a flame down the length of a wire, ignite oil being projected by the mouth, or even light bitten enemies on fire, as if the user has the breath of a dragon.
Name: Katon: Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique]
Element: Katon.
Type: Ninjutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short-Far.
Description:
The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls, each capable of singing the flesh of a man. With careful chakra control, the exact trajectory of each fireball can be altered, making for a technique with deadly accuracy. With a pair of swift hands, thrown shuriken or kunai can be made the cores of these fireballs, increasing their lethality while adding a hidden danger if the fire was to be extinguished.
Name: Katon: Nenshōyubi [Fire Release: Burning Finger]
Element: Katon.
Type: Ninjutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short-Far.
Description:
After performing half a "Ram" handseal the user begins to focus fire chakra within their palm(s), heating them up in the process. The average temperature a normal shinobi can maintain is 900 degrees celsius but some have been noted to go higher at the risk of causing burn damage to their own hands. This is a very useful technique as it can be used for a variety of things such as heating up objects or projectiles to add burn damage, picking up hot items, or melting away stone. The time limit also varies from user to user, maintaining this technique for more than three minutes is impossible without suffering atleast second degree burns.
Name: Kyodan Bunshin no Jutsu [Projectile Clone Technique]
Element: n/a.
Type: Shurikenjutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short-Far.
Description:
A projectile weapon will be thrown at a target, being followed by a single hand seal. All around the flying weapon will appear several dozen replicas. However, these weapons will have no physical form, and cannot harm anything they come in contact with, merely passing through them. Also, the weapons will not disturb their environment or leave a shadow. This technique is used to overwhelm an opponent in an instant, making it appear as if dodging would be impossible.
Name: Nihō Noroshi [Two Directions Rocket]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: Taijutsu Primary.
Range: Short.
Description:
A slightly more advanced form of the Noroshi, instead the user will use two hands to send two opponents flying away into the air or into opposite directions. By grabbing a hold of their opponents, the user can simply lift their arms in the air by manipulating their center of gravity and flick their wrists, sending the opponents flying away into the air. The user can also perform a spin and instead throw their opponents forward and backward, even into solid surfaces.
Name: Sanhō Noroshi [Three Directions Rocket]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: Taijutsu Primary.
Range: Short.
Description:
A more advanced version of even the Nihō Noroshi. This move allows the user to use both arms and one of their legs to throw three opponents. While in midair, even if the user is two feet off the ground, when three opponents are coming at them, they can place their palms and their heel onto the three opponents and manipulate their own center of gravity, spinning in mid air and sending all three opponents flying. It is an effective counter move if the user finds theirself in midair and being attacked by multiple opponents.
Name: Girochin Doroppu [Guillotine Drop].
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
When the user has the target on the floor, s/he will jump into the air and lift one leg up, coming down on the opponent and slamming their heel in a downwards kick into the foe. The kick alone has enough force to break through boulders, and will do immense damage if contact is made against a human.
Name: Fuippo [Wind Step].
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: Taijutsu Primary.
Range: Short.
Description:
The wind step is a maneuver used to dodge many simpler attacks as well as intimidate the opponent. The user will move their body at high speeds while applying a layer of chakra over their body. When performed correctly, it gives their body the appearance of visible wind while also allowing them to attack from multiple directions, allowing them to multiple blows within a few seconds. However, the user still retains some small amount of visibility to the opponent which can cause them to be countered by someone with enough skill in fighting taijutsu users (have to be taijutsu secondary at least).
Name: Rariatto [Lariat]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
The user extends their arm outward and performs a clothesline maneuver, plowing their arm into the neck-chest area of their target. When done right, this move can knock the wind out of the target and often render them unconscious. When performed with a form of powerful chakra coating, this move can have enough force to tear open a large amount of flesh from the foe, landing a near fatal blow instantly. This move is a straight forward dash using the user's full amount of speed in one go.
Name: Mon [Gate]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
The user will simply deliver a swift jab at the opponent's body, namely somewhere in the torso area. However, the positioning of their fist will be slightly off, their knuckles aimed roughly 30 degrees above being parallel with the forearm. The power of the strike needs not to be powerful; connection with the opponent is all that is required.
The key to this technique is the follow up action. With a sudden lowering of the fist, making it now parallel to the forearm, a sudden burst of force will erupt from the wrist. Combined with the earlier solid punch, the extra addition of force works to throw the enemy off balance, often launching them into the distance. This technique has little killing power, as it is more often than not used as a means to deal sudden damage and disengage from an opponent in one smooth motion. It is especially helpful if the opponent attempts to block and counter the user's strike, finding themself unable to complete the counter before the second step of the attack takes place.
Name: Juin [Curse]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
The user focuses on delivering attacks that are more speed oriented than power, utilizing their snap-like motions to deliver jabs and kicks faster than unaltered eyes can perceive. The damage caused by these strikes are quite painful, as they usually can be delivered in a moment's notice in alarming numbers, but they are all generally non-lethal flesh wounds at best. The trick to this technique is the use of sudden, momentary force to reel the attacking appendages back just after delivering a strike, preventing any follow-through momentum from being delivered into the opponent. This keeps the opponent from simply being knocked away as they are struck, while they remain somewhat fixed to one specific location to be constantly bombarded by the user. This technique is often called a full body Iado, as its truest purpose is to keep an opponent too distracted to do anything but defend rather than being beaten down.
Name: Jomae [Lock]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
A technique the focuses solely on the strength of one's hand and wrist. The user will simply place a hand on the opponent's body in whatever fashion they please, before a sudden vice grip will be made on the area touched. The strength is usually quite brutal, as fingers may dig into the flesh and will make the bones beneath creak from strain. This acts as a great way to keep a hold on an opponent, no matter how soft or slippery one may be. The grip is like a steel trap, making it practically impossible for those who aren't stronger than its user to escape the hold.
If the user is of extraordinary strength, they can even use this technique to simply crush the bones of the opponent within their grasp, making this technique a death sentence if placed firmly around their neck. With the speed at which this grip is made, knowledge of an opponent possessing such a technique is sure to deter an enemy from letting his or herself be touched.
Lastly, the technique carries with it a true shinobi's farewell. It is said that if one performs the technique just before they pass, even after death, their hold will remain as strong as ever. This is due to the powerful exertion on these wrist muscles which, when held out long enough, can severely cramp and lock into place.
Name: Kiaidame [Fighting Spirit Enhanced]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
By spiraling the muscles within their entire arm, starting from the shoulder and moving down until it reaches the fist, the user will throw a spiraling punch at the foe. Upon impact, the rotational of the attack will 'explode' against the surface of the target, causing pain in a 12 inch area around where the strike landed as if the target had been hit multiple times. This strike will also cause deep muscle contraction where it struck which will do long term damage. This technique can be performed with the legs as well.
Name: Iron Chop [Tetsu choppu]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
The user brings down it's hand into a chopping motion right onto the opponent, aiming for spots like the face, the joints, elbows, wrists and shoulders. The chop is strong enough to break bones and to damage muscles and tendons with a single blow. At greater levels, the Iron Chop can literally chop limbs off.
Name: Hashago [Language of Champions]
Element: n/a.
Type: Taijutsu.
Rank: C.
Jutsu Prerequisites: n/a.
Range: Short.
Description:
This technique bears near zero usefulness in the art of combat, and is generally thought of as a waste of energy to perform. However, it is often used by Raijin as a way to display hiss strength, or to frighten possible opponents to avoid combat.
The user will exert a sudden burst of force from the majority or a selected area of their body. This is done by flexing numerous muscles and joints all in one simultaneously tug. Due to the user's training in sudden bursts of physical force, the sudden minute movement will cause that which is around the user at the time to experience a rather menacing quake. The earth-shattering force effects a fifteen meter radius around the user, causing their surroundings to become fragmented and displaced. This creates a rather menacing looking circle of destruction about its user.
As stated before, this does nothing offensive in combat except to possibly scare an opponent or throw off an attacker's balance, though it does hold special use in getting the user out of a literal bind. Shackles, chains, steel wire, earthen prisons and the like can be shattered and disassembled even if the user is permitted little to no room to move through use of this technique, given that they are strong enough to break the binding material otherwise.
