There are some Jutsu in the Naruto Universe that have required certain skills or abilities to use. Chidori needing perfect prediction of the enemy's movement and Chakra Control to spin the Rasangan are two of the most well known examples. However, characters have shown to invent ways around these requirements when they are unable to fulfill them, such as Kakashi using the Sharingan and Naruto using Shadow Clones to help spin the chakra.


On Naruto Revelation, we encourage members to be as creative as possible and think of new way to preform certain Jutsu if you desire. Do you have an idea on how to avoid the time it takes to enter Sage Mode? Maybe a new way to utilize the power of Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu without needing the extra Chakra Reserves? We would love to hear from you! PM either myself or a Site Moderator with your idea, and the staff will get back to you as soon as they can!


However, with that being said, the Staff Members and Admins may say that your idea is not possible. It may go against the Naruto-verse Logic, it may put the site's RP experience at risk, but for whatever the reason if a Staff Member or Admin says no, you must accept and respect their decision. Each idea will be carefully considered and discussed with other Staff before it is decided upon, and after the decision is made, their choice is not up for discussion. However, if the said Staff Members or Admins do deny your idea, they are required to give a detailed reasoning behind their decision.
