All Rogue Ninjas on record are contained and ranked within the Bingo Book. There are 5 ranks one may be given depending on how dangerous the criminal are deemed to be. A Rogue Ninja's rank is determined and given by a Site Mod or Admin when character creation is complete.

D Rank:
Often reserved for Rogue Ninjas on the Genin level, typically capture instead of killing is preferred for Rogue Ninjas of this level.

C Rank:
These Rogue Ninjas are moderately threatening, though not worth sending more than a Jonin after.

B Rank:
Rogue Ninjas at this level have either committed numerous crimes already, or possess a recognizable degree of power that makes them potentially dangerous. Hunting and capturing these Rouge Ninjas whenever possible is ideal.

A Rank:
Very dangerous Rogue Ninjas likely possessing both great abilities, but also having committed numerous crimes. Capture is preferable, but killing them is also acceptable if necessary.

S Rank:
Only the most dangerous of criminals possess this rank. Capturing these Rogue Ninjas should not be attempted in most circumstances, and killing them is recommended, as their abilities can sometimes rival to those of a village Kage.
