These techniques are those used by legends, unknown to most, and used by very few. In order to obtain any of the following jutsu, you must obtain admin approval, and them train for it In Character after purchasing it with the right amount of EXP.

Description:
The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target backward after being hit and the destructive force is enough to form a crater in some cases.

Description:
This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand to the point of it becoming visible. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This can produce heavy damage that is usually fatal. However, due to the sheer force and influence of the attack, the user moves too fast to be able to properly avoid any counter, thus making this technique hard to land a hit with. Currently, the only known way to overcome this is to have a movement tracking ability on par with the Sharingan.

Description:
This jutsu is essentially another version of the Shadow Clone Jutsu, but instead of a few clones, it creates hundreds or even thousands of clones. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the user as their chakra is evenly divided to each and every clone. Few people are able to use this technique effectively, due to the large amount of chakra it consumes. However, this weakness is usually not an issue to ninjas with massive chakra reserves. Having such reserves allows them to create hundreds of clones while maintaining a decent supply of chakra in each one.

Description:
By wrapping their body in a layer of lightning chakra, the user can electrically stimulate their nervous system and speed up their neural synapses to react faster to danger and push their physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing them to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.
This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows user to utilize Nintaijutsu. By combining this armour with the Teleportation Jutsu, the user can move at split second speed. The armour also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks, especially from Lightning based attacks.

Description:
Once called upon, the death god hovers behind the user and wraps its left arm with prayer beads, which causes a seal to appear on it. The soul of the summoner is also seen along with the death god, restrained by its hair but still attached to the user. The death god then inserts its arm into the user's soul. At this stage only the user can see the death god. To perform the seal the user need only grasp the target. The death god's arm extends from their chest and grabs the soul of the target, immobilizing them and allowing them to see the death god as well. The death god then performs the sealing. Once this technique is completed, both the user and the victim have their souls sealed within the death god, and perish immediately.
The death god draws power from the user, so if the user is heavily injured, the death god may not be able to remove the target's soul. If this occurs, the death god can pull out a fraction of the target's soul and sever it with his knife. The body part of the soul removed from the target will wither and become unable to be used. This will eventually kill the target if not attended to by highly skilled Medical Ninjas, and even then the body part will still be unusable, for their soul no longer has that body part and will recognize them as just lumps of useless flesh.

Description:
To apply the curse seal, the user needs to come in contact with the target. The seal will then appear on the body of the target near the point of contact, and subsequently lose consciousness. This gives the target the "Curse Seal" Special Skill and all of the abilities that it provides. However, the target will be at the complete mercy of the user, as they can use the Curse Seal to paralyze, torture, and even kill the target.

Description:
This technique transforms the user's body into something similar to that of a rag-doll's, which is held together by hundreds of thick black threads. The user is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. They are capable of sewing up any injuries that they or others might suffer, most commonly by reattaching body parts. They can also detach parts of their limbs and then manipulate them, to the point that he could even send them underground and then reattach them when he was done with them.
In addition to that, Earth Grudge allows the user to steal the internal organs of others and incorporate them into their own body, thus extending their own life by taking the hearts of powerful shinobi. These hearts appeared as masks, which can move independently and take on humanoid forms, as well as use ninjutsu corresponding to the elements of their previous owners. This allows the user of Earth Grudge to use multiple types of releases.
Not only this but in order to kill someone using Earth Grudge, one must kill all their hearts, meaning one would would have to kill them five times over.

Description:
The Flying Thunder God Jutsu allows the user to instantly transport from one point in space to another instantaneously. Rather than being a jutsu that accelerates one's speed, this jutsu instantly teleports the user to the location of their seal. The technique itself can be performed easily and quickly, giving the user the capability to avoid high speed attacks with relative ease.
To use this technique, the user must apply the jutsu formula to any kind of object. Once the formula is applied, the user can teleport to that location at will. The formula can be applied to weapons ahead of time, giving the user an even more versatility and speed. By simply performing a handseal and touching an object, the user can transcribe the formula upon it, marking it as a beacon for their teleportation.
Although this technique allows for the teleportation of other objects or people, usually anything higher than the mass of the user themselves will quickly drain them. The further the distance and the higher the mass of the teleporting target, the more chakra it takes. The most effective way to use this jutsu is through short jumps, as even a couple long-distance jumps can easily drain the most hardened of users.

Description:
A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone, the existence of the person is revealed. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it. This can be used to monitor a village or detect enemies with ease.

Description:
The user will perform a set of hand seals and through the use of their chakra allow them to float above the ground and through the air. The distance from the ground the user can be is all dependent upon the amount of chakra they wish to expend. Additionally, the user can imbue other items or people with this jutsu to temporally share it's benefits.

The user anticipates the spot an enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies regenerative Medical Ninjutsu to it. The area will then rapidly heal itself as it is being damaged, thus minimizing the damage to almost nothing, if not completely neutralizing it.

Description:
The jutsu which is the foundation of Paper based origami ninjutsu skills, the user is capable of turning their body and clothing into many sheets of paper. They can control and reshape even parts of their body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper air planes for quick transport, or simply covering their enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and causing asphyxiation. They are also capable of hovering while in their paper form. In this form, however, a Shikigami user is weak to oil-based techniques, which causes the paper to stick. They are however not weak against water to the same extent.
This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of the body converted to paper; and how much paper they can expend depends on said users chakra reserve. They can also hide explosive tags among the papers to add a deadly surprise to their attacks.

Description:
The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body.
The state of having all Eight Gates open is known as Eight Inner Gates Formation. Any ninja who activates this state will temporarily gain powers greater than a Kage, but they will die because of the damage done to their body. Due to the immense amount of chakra flooding the body all at once, drastic changes can occur upon the user's body. The most common of these changes are the darkening of the skin, eruption of veins around the temples, the eyes turning completely white and green chakra flowing around their entire body, though this is not always the case.

Description:
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning jutsu. The user will draw natural lightning directly from nearby thunder clouds to supplement the power of their strike and control it with chakra. Unlike most techniques, which are based on the user's chakra, this one uses natural lightning, which reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second. However, the preparation required for this jutsu decreases its efficiency. If there are no active thunder clouds, the user must create them by using powerful fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions.
Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little chakra. In addition, usage will disperse the thunder clouds as the sky will clear of clouds after use. As such, this jutsu is difficult to pull of twice in a fight.

Description:
A seal which is reputed to be the pinnacle of chakra control. By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their forehead the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body. The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying their medical techniques and giving them access to "Ninja Art: Mitotic Regeneration". The user of this technique can also transfer the chakra from their seal into another individual, with the Strength of a Hundred pattern spreading around the body of the recipient.

Description:
This Hidden Stone Village Kinjutsu modifies the body of the user, giving them extra mouths around their body: one on the palms of each hands and one on their chest over the heart. The jutsu itself is always active and when in use allows the user to have their extra mouths consume various substances and infuse their chakra into said substances. Once completed, the substance is removed from the mouth and is able to be used for various uses.
The mouth on the chest is used for more drastic jutsus, as when a substance is consumed from this mouth, the user themselves will be infused into the substance and as a result, release a devastating attack depending on the type of chakra that was used.
